Brian Smith
Brian Smith is the Director of Partner Relations at Universum. Prior to leading Data Collection in the U.S. and Canada, Brian was a Key Account Manager, where he was responsible for connecting Fortune 1000 partners with Universum’s market intelligence and digital employer branding solutions. He has a passion for extracting insights from Universum’s data that helps companies make strategic, data-driven decisions when it comes to attracting target talent. Brian has over eight years of experience providing global organizations with market research.

Amanda Carchedi
Amanda is the Marketing and Communications Manager at the Center for Career Development at UConn where she has worked since 2013. Amanda is responsible for the marketing and promotional efforts for all career related events, programs, workshops, and services. In addition, Amanda oversees the Center for Career Development website and social media accounts. Amanda received her Master of Arts degree in Digital Media & Design from UConn and Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Art History from Assumption College.
Jennifer Hoffmann
Jennifer is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh’s Office of Career Development and Placement Assistance (CDPA). She is responsible for the marketing of all CDPA events, specializing in strategic social media planning, graphic design, web content management, and e-newsletter creation. A recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Jennifer has marketing experience through three internships within different disciplines including higher education, an advertising agency, and a photographic studio. Jennifer received her B.A. in Media and Professional Communications at the University of Pittsburgh.
Kristin Menconi
Kristin is the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at the Hiatt Career Center at Brandeis University. Over the past two years, Kristin has managed the center’s social media strategy with a high focus on innovation and technology. In addition to social media, she also is responsible for driving key marketing initiatives, creating graphics for print and web, managing Hiatt’s website content, and co-leading marketing on top level career events and fairs. Prior to working in higher education in 2011, Kristin worked in various areas of marketing for small businesses in sports and fitness industries. Kristin received her B.A. in Communication from Curry College and is currently pursing a M.S. in Digital Marketing and Design at Brandeis University.
Stacey Moulton
Stacey is an Associate Director in the Center for Career Education & Professional Development at Providence College. In this role, Stacey has a variety of responsibilities that range from coaching students from all academic backgrounds and career development stages, to leading, planning and implementing a variety of events, to overseeing many of the center’s marketing efforts, to supervising the student worker staff, to supporting the Director reach day-to-day and long-term goals. Stacey has been in the Career Services field for 12 years, prior to higher education she worked at State Street Corporation in a marketing, human resources and securities lending. Stacey holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Criminal Justice from Stonehill College and a M.S. in Marketing from Bentley University.
Maura Sweeney
Maura is an Associate Director in the Center for Career Development at the College of the Holy Cross. For the past six years, she has the pleasure to counsel students and alumni in translating their liberal arts experience into a lifetime of meaningful work. She also works with alumni and employers to facilitate full-time and internship opportunities for students both on and off campus. She organizes the College’s annual Fall Career Fair, as well as numerous alumni networking events to prepare students for life after Holy Cross. Following an external review, Maura was tasked with developing and executing a strategic Marketing and Communications plan for the Center. Maura benefits from experience working in both the corporate and non-profit sectors before coming to Holy Cross. She earned her bachelor’s degree in French from Holy Cross in 2007, and her Master of Education degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Northeastern University in 2010. She lives in Holliston, MA with her husband, young daughter, two dogs and cat.
Joel Anne Sweithelm
Joel Anne is the Special Events and Marketing Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh’s Office of Career Development and Placement Assistance (CDPA). Joel Anne is responsible for the marketing and logistical coordination of CDPA events, including the Fall and Spring Career Fairs, Majors & Minors Expo, and numerous other career-related programs and events. She has extensive nonprofit and association experience in fundraising, public relations, program development, and special events management. Joel Anne received her B.S. in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Sarah Thomas
Sarah joined Boston University in 2014 and the CCD in 2016. She manages marketing efforts and communications projects, including social media, email newsletters, the CCD website, and more. She received her bachelor of arts degree in history and English literature from Alfred University and her master of science degree in journalism from Boston University. In her spare time, Sarah likes to sew, play video games, and enjoys musical theater and strange museums.
